Montelino’s adventure trail - feed wild animals and enter the Märchenwald enchanted forest
You will need approx. 90 minutes (3 km) to wander through forests and meadows to visit all the games stations on Montelino's adventure trail. The perfect way to spend a morning, afternoon, or whole day with your children, enjoying fun and games. Small hikers experience the wonderful story of Montelino the little clown and accompany him on an exciting journey to find his smile. In the Märchenwald enchanted forest, characters from well-known fairy tales lead the way. And every day between 10.00 and 11.00 you can watch wild animals being fed and see the deer up close and personal!
Themed hike on the Kodok mountain trail
Here, small hikers will require good grip, motor skills and courage. On the 3.5 km circuit,children dive head-first into the fantasy world of the notorious goblin Kodok, who has stolen the clown’s magic hat. The goblin has hidden the hat in a secret hidey-hole, and now it’s up to the children to follow the clues and solve the puzzle.
Kodok expedition - geocaching is great fun!
Thanks to a lot of brave kids, sneaky Kodok the goblin no longer has the clown’s hat, but now he has mysterious magic powers. In order to put an end to his high jinks on the mountain, the magic crystals must be found. With the help of a treasure map or a GPS device, finding the hiding place should be no problem!
Schnitza's wooden park and “Teufelswasser” (“devil’s water”)
Right next to the popular “Teufelswasser” (“devil’s water”) with Kneipp pool, fish pond, mill wheel, wooden play hut, rock pool and stone dragon’s playground is the adventure playground, where it’s all about wood. There are wood carving courses on offer, and a milking contest with "Resi" the cow is a guarantee of enjoyment.
Capt’n Hook adventure pool
This modern open air pool park offers over 1,000 m² of water surface area, including white water channel, climbing net, swing cove, rain zone, tyre slide and wavy slide - a unique and exciting water experience. In addition, the park has a beach volleyball court and an open air cinema with restaurant.
“Baumzipfelweg” treetop walkway & Golden Gate Bridge of the Alps
The Saalbach-Hinterglemm valley leaves adults and children alike open-mounted in astonishment at one of the longest suspension bridges in the world - die Golden Gate Bridge of the Alps. The treetop walkway is the highest in Europe. At an altitude of 40 metres, cross the 200 m suspension bridge to round off the 1 km circuit with excitement and impressive photos!
Austria’s largest high-rope park
Here, you won’t just need skill in balancing, swinging and climbing, but also a dash of courage. There are different courses between heights of 3 and 40 metres, connecting various rope and bridge constructions.
